As a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Mark heads up the team as the Director or our Ipswich, Debenham, Woodbridge and Putney offices. Mark is focused on delivering excellent customer service, constantly winning new instructions, and has the utmost belief in the brand and his staff. Even after forty years in estate agency experience, he is as enthusiastic as ever. He is currently promoting our new offices in Putney SW15 and Coombe KT2.

Holly Pilbro

Administrator/Negotiator

Holly heads up our administration at our Ipswich and Debenham office whilst also learning the ropes of becoming a successful salesperson. She thrives on providing outstanding customer service and creating professional marketing materials for new instructions. She also works one day a week in Putney. Having only recently joined our team, she has progressed very quickly and is an asset to our business. Always willing to help, train and problem solve. Holly will always solve and succeed.

Michael Willis Betts

Suffolk and London Link Manager

Michael heads up the Woodbridge office and has a wealth of experience committed to overseeing sales through to the end with a tenacious and thorough work ethic. He has worked with Mark for over 25 years and continues to work hard to keep clients happy. He is full of comprehensive knowledge of Woodbridge and the Heritage Coast property market.

Nicola Swirles

Associate Property Consultant

Having previously worked within our administrative department – Nicola has recently been promoted to an Associate. She is articulate, well-spoken and has a nose for a deal. She already has a number of sales agreed and adds much to our business. She is professional, conscientious, and very hard working.

Matthew Jay

Associate Property Consultant

Matthew excels in customer service and is an excellent salesman. Educated in Kenya and RHS Holbrook and having worked for many years in Saudi Arabia, Matthew has many years of sales experience within the upper quartile markets. He works hard and enjoys scuba diving in his leisure time – being a fully qualified PADI instructor. Matthew is a real asset to our business.

Sara May

Sara heads up our new Putney office. She is very experienced in the area having worked in Kingston, Coombe and Putney for many decades, known by all as ‘The Beast of Putney’. Sara’s previous sales achievements speak for themselves. Sara is highly driven and is very excited to be returning to the residential market in Putney.

One of our top performing Associates, Mike is extremely hard working and uses his global sales experience/techniques to achieve high sales levels. He loves estate agency and always has a big smile on his face – a true winner! He is always available outside of normal office hours.

Lola Harris

Administrator/Negotiator

Lola is organised and methodical and provides excellent administrative back up to our sales teams. She has just returned from maternity leave and it’s great to have her back. Mail outs, brochure preparation, telecoms, negotiating, etc. – you name – she does it – very well!

Fabienne works closely with Sara in our Putney office and currently manages administration while learning everything there is to know about estate agency. She has had a strong interest in the real estate industry for a while and her enthusiasm shows – she goes above and beyond to do everything to an exceptionally high standard. Having recently graduated from Bristol she is keen and eager to learn and is a vital part of our team in London.
